Summerset's continuum of care means that should your needs change in the future, you will be able to access additional levels of care and support in your own home, in your serviced apartment or in our care centre (care is subject to availability, eligibility criteria). And, if you ever need ongoing care, as a resident you‘ll receive priority access, right up to hospital level and dementia care in our our award-winning memory care centre. You’ll always have peace of mind of knowing all support needs are taken care of without having to leave the village.
Our Village Centre includes a café, exercise room, library, hair salon, bar, indoor swimming pool, lounge, and barbeque facilities. Our Activities Coordinator organises events, outings, and activities every week.
