About Elmswood Retirement Village - Assisted Living & Rest Home care
Set among 15 acres of mature gardens, Elmswood Retirement Village has been part of Christchurch for more than 25 years. Our village is small enough for staff to stay close and neighbours to become friends, yet central enough for family to visit easily. What's included in your fees and what's not?
All meals are included plus morning, afternoon tea and supper. Cleaning and laundry services provided. All residents are able to attend the activities programme. Resident can organise a phone and or SKY in their apartment through their own provider.

Breakfast is delivered to your room, with lunch and dinner served fresh in the Colwyn Eatery. The main meal is served in the evening with a lighter meal at lunch.

If you intend to 'purchase' you must get independent legal advice before signing your occupation right agreement as required under The Act. Some Retirement Village type facilities are not required to register under The Act so different legal requirements apply. Please make sure you investigate fully.
