Registered Nurse 24/7 Yes Registered Nurses are on duty around the clock. The team is lead by two Clinical Nurse Leaders. The Manager of the Residential Care Unit is also a Registered Nurse.

Healthcare Assistants/Caregivers 24/7 Yes Care staff are supported to complete NZQA qualifications
Physiotherapist Yes Contracted physio visits fortnightly
Diversional Therapist Yes Monday - Friday. One qualified DT who co-ordinates the activities for the residents.
Activities Co-ordinator Yes One activities staff member supports the DT
Hairdresser Yes Weekly visit
Podiatrist Yes A registered podiatrist visits the Residential Care Unit monthly. This is a user pays service.
Dietitian Yes A contracted dietician reviews menu's and is available as required for residents who have special dietary requirements.

Parks There are two beautiful lakes within Aparangi Village itself.
