| Details | Each flat is of one bedroom, with a lounge/dining room, a kitchenette, toilet, shower and hand basin opening directly from the bedroom, and a small laundry. Privacy, warmth and view are afforded from front and rear porches. At present, rentals are payable four weekly in advance. A bond is also payable, this being held by Department of Building and Housing. Rental. Pricing is reviewed annually by the Trust Board. A waiting list for this accommodation is held by the Trust Board’s Administration office. |
