Details Each flat is of one bedroom, with a lounge/dining room, a kitchenette, toilet, shower and hand basin opening directly from the bedroom, and a small laundry. Privacy, warmth and view are afforded from front and rear porches. At present rentals are payable four weekly in advance. Pricing on enquiry. A bond is also payable, this being held by Department of Building and Housing. Rental pricing is reviewed annually by the Trust. A waiting list for this accommodation is held by the Trust Board’s Administration office.

Garden Maintenance Carried out by the resident otherwise lawned. Aparangi maintains the grass, residents are responsible for their own flower beds.
