Premium Care Suite, Corner location with a stunning outlook
79 Merlot Drive, Greenmeadows, Napier 4112
To be ready in a few weeks, this is one of our best care suites available on a licence to occupy.
The care suites (with ensuite) have an adjustable care bed, with linen and towels provided. Or bring your own. There is a 43-inch Smart TV mounted on a wall bracket, plus plenty of storage and wardrobe space. For long-term rest home or hospital level of care with better cost certainty, please call the village's sales manager, Wendy Forman on 06 824 3082, Tuesday through Saturday to arrange a viewing and tour.
Our friendly and professionally trained care centre staff are supervised by registered nurses, available on-site 24 hours a day. (Care is subject to availability and eligibility criteria). Before you come to a Summerset care centre, you will need to have had a NASC assessment which determines the level of care required to ensure our care team can confidently meet your needs.

NOTE: The Retirement Villages Act 2003 (The Act) is designed to provide improved protection for people who 'buy' into a retirement village. If you intend to 'purchase' you must get independent legal advice before signing your occupation right agreement as required under The Act. Some Retirement Village type facilities are not required to register under The Act so different legal requirements apply. Please make sure you investigate fully.
In some villages there may be some Retirement Village units that have multiple uses e.g. a Serviced Apartment may also be used as a Residential Care Suite. The same unit may therefore show in several places on Eldernet.
