Whether you are rest home or hospital level of care, this care suite (with ensuite) has an adjustable care bed with linen and towels provided. We encourage residents and their families to make the care suite homely with pictures and artwork. There is generous wardrobe and storage space, a wall-mounted 43-inch smart TV and you can choose which furniture suits plus bring some of your favourite things to give comfort and familiarity. It is conveniently located near the main lounge, the garden terrace and activities area.

Our friendly and professionally trained care centre staff are supervised by registered nurses, available on-site 24 hours a day. Admission to Summerset care requires a recent NASC assessment which determines the level of care required to ensure our care team can confidently meet your needs.

If you intend to 'purchase' you must get independent legal advice before signing your occupation right agreement as required under The Act. Some Retirement Village type facilities are not required to register under The Act so different legal requirements apply. Please make sure you investigate fully.
In some villages there may be some Retirement Village units that have multiple uses e.g. a Serviced Apartment may also be used as a Residential Care Suite. The same unit may therefore show in several places on Eldernet.
