About Summerset by the Ranges (Levin)
Summerset villages are designed so that as your needs change you can generally access different levels of support to help you. We call this our continuum of care.
For those living with rest home-level dementia, our memory care centre provides a welcoming and comfortable living experience in a safe and secure environment. With innovative design in mind, our centres aim to create a world-class setting for those living with dementia*, helping them feel at home.

What's included in your fees and what's not?
While most of the services we provide are included in your daily care fee such as meals and Caregiver assistance, you may require specialist or extra products or services. Additional services for which additional charges may be incurred, include but are not limited to services like Audiologists, Dentists, Dry cleaning, Podiatry. Please speak to the Care Centre Manager if you have any questions.

Summerset offers contemporary food menus prepared on site with wholesome, seasonal, fresh, locally grown produce.

A courtesy bus goes to town on Tuesday & Thursday, leaving at 9.30am, returning at 11.30 am. Our Care Centre residents may also go to town with our Diversional Therapist on a Thursday afternoon if they prefer to have some assistance with shopping.

Parks
Lots of lovely parks within close proximity. Plenty of lovely open spaces within the grounds, including mini putt, a beautifully planted dell, cherry trees and roses, children's playground and a designated dog walk area.

We have our own Library and also have access to the Village Leisure Centre Library, with new books being added regularly.

NOTE: The Retirement Villages Act 2003 (The Act) is designed to provide improved protection for people who 'buy' into a retirement village. If you intend to 'purchase' you must get independent legal advice before signing your occupation right agreement as required under The Act. Some Retirement Village type facilities are not required to register under The Act so different legal requirements apply. Please make sure you investigate fully.
In some villages there may be some Retirement Village units that have multiple uses e.g. a Serviced Apartment may also be used as a Residential Care Suite. The same unit may therefore show in several places on Eldernet.
