Description
This boutique retirement village offers a wonderful lifestyle opportunity in Feilding. The village is situated in a tranquil semi-rural environment with large and well maintained grounds, 2km from the centre of Feilding. The villas have been designed and constructed to provide safe quality living. If you value an enriched, active and enjoyable retirement lifestyle, then Coombrae Villas are an ideal choice.

We offer one and two bedroom villas, complete with lounge and dining area, a full kitchen, bathroom and laundry facilities including their own garage. Our villas are attractive to residents who would like to be as independant as possible.

Enliven's Coombrae Home is located next door to the villas. Should a resident of Coombrae Villas need a higher more intensive level of care, they would have priority for admission to the Rest Home. Coombrae Villa residents may participate in any of the social activities held at Coombrae Home.

NOTE: The Retirement Villages Act 2003 (The Act) is designed to provide improved protection for people who ‘buy’ into a retirement village. If you intend to ‘purchase’ you must get independent legal advice before signing your occupation right agreement as required under The Act. Some Retirement Village type facilities are not required to register under The Act so different legal requirements apply. Please make sure you investigate fully.

In some villages there may be some Retirement Village units that have multiple uses e.g. a Serviced Apartment may also be used as a Residential Care Suite. The same unit may therefore show in several places on Eldernet.
