|Registered Nurse||Yes||Joy has over 40 years RN experience and is the Owner/Operator of Te Ata. She is supported by another RN. For a small family rest home, this high daily RN to Resident ratio ensures we achieve maximum clinical safety for your loved one.|
|Healthcare Assistants/Caregivers||Yes||Our staffing rationale is based on a business risk management policy of providing staffing levels to ensure the health and safety of both our Residents and employees at all times.|

|There’s a lot of coming and going at Te Ata. Some residents come in for long term care, some for short term respite care,and some come for the day and go home at night. To make things more confusing we can even take our rest home care out to your loved one in their own home.
