Description
Rest Home • Hospital • Respite care

At Telford Care Home we will do our very best to make you feel at home, through friendship, music, laughter, harmony and understanding. Our wonderful, kind staff will focus on your loved once as an individual - bringing together high quality nursing and genuine care.

Focusing on making each day the best it can be for your loved one is what’s most important to us. We want everyone to feel that Telford is their home. Friends and relatives can come and go whenever they like, and are welcome to share meals (for a small charge).

We’ll make sure your loved one chooses how they want to fill their days, and we’ll take the time to get to know them, so that everything we do considers their special likes and dislikes.

You can find us in the heart of Merrilands, close to all amenities, in a tranquil bush valley with lovely gardens, sunny courtyards and a large conservatory.

We also have a retirement village on the same site, which can make visiting a spouse easier.

We would be delighted to have the opportunity to talk with you about our care. Please phone Megan McHugh, our Care Home Manager, or feel free to drop in at any time.
