| Dad passed away yesterday afternoon at Whangarei Hospital. I want to take this opportunity to thank tlc4u2 so much for your assistance and care of Dad. These seem like simple little things but these are the moments that give her joy. Meeting the needs of older people
| At tlc4u2 we enjoy helping the elderly maintain their independence and continue living in their own home. As opposed to residential aged care facilities – by providing them with one-on-one care, assistance with household and personal tasks, and/or companionship. A service coordinator will meet with you and your loved one to discuss their individual needs – both medical and non-medical. This information will then be used to put together a personalised care plan that supports your loved one to continue living their best life. |
