Testimonials
Dad passed away yesterday afternoon at Whangarei Hospital. I want to take this opportunity to thank tlc4u2 so much for your assistance and care of Dad. Michelle has provided so much support and help to Dad and Mum over the short few weeks that we’ve known her. To quote Mum ‘Michelle is the eighth wonder!!!’ We’ve also received some lovely flowers from you all. They are really gorgeous. Thank you. Helen and Rhonda When I was little I promised my grandmother I’d never put her in a home. However, after she had a stroke it was clear she could no longer live alone. Jonathan and his professional team offered me a solution and with that Oma has been at home since April 12. She enjoys, sitting on her porch, patting her cat, feeding the birds she fed for the past 32 years, walking to the mailbox and simply BEING in her own home. These seem like simple little things but these are the moments that give her joy. Tonya Russell The company Tlc4u2 has been caring for my mother in her home for the past two years, they are a very caring and professional team, as we live in Australia it was lovely to know that everything was taken care of, from doctor appointments to shopping etc, they stayed in regular contact and updated us on any situations that occurred. We would highly recommend their services to anybody who would wish to have their loved one cared for in their own home. Thank you tlc4u. John & Maria Luke Such awesome, friendly, and very accommodating staff. The lovely carer for our son has made our lives so much easier and he is soooo happy with her! Highly recommend this business. Meeting the needs of older people
At tlc4u2 we enjoy helping the elderly maintain their independence and continue living in their own home. As opposed to residential aged care facilities – by providing them with one-on-one care, assistance with household and personal tasks, and/or companionship. A service coordinator will meet with you and your loved one to discuss their individual needs – both medical and non-medical. This information will then be used to put together a personalised care plan that supports your loved one to continue living their best life. |

What's New
tlc4u2 – Proud to be part of bringing the Wish 4 Fish Charter to Northland. tlc4u2 continues to share our values and vision for a more inclusive and accessible society and are extremely proud to have been part of bringing the Wish 4 Fish boat back to Northland by sponsoring charters but also by assisting with getting other sponsors onboard too. A huge thanks must go to Ricoh, Trigg Construction, and FUSO, who, alongside tlc4u2, sponsored four amazing charters for 2024. As well as Pele and the Parafed Northland Team who sorted out all the registrations and fed, watered, and took care of people while they were onboard. The boat is based in Tauranga, so we were also very thankful to Marsden Maritime Holdings, who sponsored the berth while the boat and crew were based in this beautiful part of NZ. A massive thank you must go to the Wish 4 Fish Crew, Tony, Kelvin, Doug, and Kerry who are truly incredible people who go the extra mile to ensure every trip is an adventure of a lifetime. 4 charters set sail from Marsden Cove Marina from 1st to 4th of February, and in total there were around 80 people who were able to get out on the water, including several of our clients/kiritaki and their families/supporters. The feedback we have received continues to highlight the importance of accessible spaces and places and what it looks like when we get it right. Our Community Liaison Manager Sharon Carroll has been part of the Wish 4 Fish opportunities over the last 3 years. Sharon is still blown away by the accessibility of the boat and what it means to people when barriers are removed and opportunities to fully participate are made easy. From catching fish to being out on the water, to spotting dolphins, to hanging with family or meeting new people. Wish 4 Fish brings something special for all who come onboard. tlc4u2 looks forward to being part of this incredible experience and being back on board in 2025! |
