St Clair Park is an adult care home. We cater to individuals with complex needs, including mental health, addictions, dementia and aged care.

Our aim at St Clair is to assist people who live here to maintain their independence. We want them to be involved in making decisions that affect their lives, and to provide opportunities for community participation.

Registered Nurse 64 Yes Registered Nurses are employed to cover 7 days a week. Josmy is on site Monday - Friday from 9am - 5pm. Christy is on site Tuesday ,Wednesday and Saturday from 9am - 5pm. The nurses take turns being on call each day. On Sundays we have a casual nurse on call.
Nurse Practitioner Yes We work closely with the DBH and have a nurse practitioner who visits the home regularly
Healthcare Assistants/Caregivers Yes St Clair Park has a mixture of full time and part time staff who provide support and care for everyone who lives here

St Clair Park is passionate about providing people who live with dementia, choice and continued independence.

Our dementia unit has a secure outdoor garden area with sensory smells and ornaments. The staff team encourage and support people to safely continue with the usual daily activities, making a cup of tea, getting the mail in, doing the gardening and have a varied range of engaging activities within the unit.
