We were unhappy with the level of service and care provided at Glenburn Private Hospital. Staff were taking too long when the buzzer was pressed for help and also when assistance was needed with the walker from the bathroom. Meals were placed regularly in front of my father leaving him to fend for himself when it was known he needed assistance with eating. Urinals were banned during the day so my father had to struggle to the bathroom with a walker. We were disappointed with the level of care and will not be recommending Glenburn Private Hospital to other elderly people.
