The boutique, single storey, stand-alone facility is purpose built to provide a safe and calming space for those living with dementia.

This premium facility offers 20 spacious, apartment sized suites ranging from 30m2 to 40m2. Each suite has direct access to a landscaped and secure green space, with seating areas, trees and gardens. This open design facilitates an easy flow between the building and surrounding outdoor area, and creates the feeling of freedom and independence.

Banbury Park is a subsidiary of Qestral Corporation Limited, owners and operators of new-generation retirement villages throughout Aotearoa including Burlington and Alpine View in Christchurch, Coastal View in Nelson, Ashbury Heights in Whangarei, with future developments underway in Hamilton (Broadwater).

NOTE: The Retirement Villages Act 2003 (The Act) is designed to provide improved protection for people who 'buy' into a retirement village. If you intend to 'purchase' you must get independent legal advice before signing your occupation right agreement as required under The Act. Some Retirement Village type facilities are not required to register under The Act so different legal requirements apply. Please make sure you investigate fully.

In some villages there may be some Retirement Village units that have multiple uses e.g. a Serviced Apartment may also be used as a Residential Care Suite. The same unit may therefore show in several places on Eldernet.
