About Whitianga Continuing Care
Whitianga Care Centre is situated on Halligan Road, just minutes from the sparkling shoreline of Buffalo Beach and the relaxed waterfront of Whitianga Wharf. The location reflects everything people love about the Coromandel — sea air, coastal scenery and a friendly, close-knit community. With shops, cafés and the town centre nearby, residents benefit from a calm yet well-connected environment.
The centre provides Rest Home and Hospital care, delivered by a skilled and caring team who take the time to understand each resident’s needs and preferences.
Families value Whitianga’s walkable, coastal setting, often combining visits with time spent along the beach or a relaxed bite to eat in the town centre. It’s a gentle, supportive place where residents feel at home while enjoying all the beauty of the Coromandel coastline.
