Wesley House is a sanctuary of respite and recovery nestled in the heart of New Plymouth, New Zealand. We specialise in providing both long-term and short-term care and rehabilitative services for people of all ages who have suffered from an acquired or traumatic brain injury, spinal injury or who have a disability affecting their physical abilities.

Our dedicated team of professionals is committed to helping our clients navigate their journey towards recovery. We understand the unique challenges that come with a physical disability, head injury or a traumatic brain injury, and we’re here to provide the support and care needed every step of the way. We create specialised care plans that include treatment using physios, occupational therapists, nurses, mental health services, social workers and any other expertise that is required.

What's included in your fees and what's not Clients who use our services need to have approval from either ACC or Whaikaha, (Disability Support Services), the clients will then be funded by the appropriate organisation.
Staffing qualifications and details 24 hour nursing care for all our clients. Trained rehabilitation staff on hand 24/7 to support our clients. Professional Input including Physiotherapy, speech and language therapy, occupational therapy, social work, and psychology.
Details about meals All special dietary requirements are catered for.
Recreational opportunities Community involment including special interest groups, music, shopping and facility group outings.
