At Wesley Home & Care, everything begins with one simple promise — to make every day happier, healthier, and more meaningful for our residents.
We’re not here to sell apartments or investment units. We’re here to care — genuinely, deeply, and consistently. For us, aged care isn’t real estate; it’s relationships. It’s knowing every resident by name, listening to their stories, and ensuring they always feel valued and at home.
At our Mt Eden home, that sense of family is at the heart of everything we do. You’ll feel it in the laughter that fills our lounges, the warmth of shared meals in our dining rooms, and the kindness of a team who go above and beyond every day. Alongside professional nursing care, residents enjoy thoughtful comforts — a welcoming hair and beauty salon, four light-filled dining lounges, and three relaxing communal spaces designed for connection and joy.
Our main building is now fully occupied, but we’re excited to soon open our new Eden Wing — adding 22 beautifully designed rooms for those who wish to make Wesley their permanent home.Please note: we no longer offer short-term respite stays, as our focus is on creating a true home for our long-term residents — a place where care, comfort, and community grow together.
