About Vineyard Villa (Kumeu Village)
The Vineyard Villa is a one of a kind facility, finished to a high standard. Set on over 3 acres of secure gardens in the heart of rural Kumeu overlooking Kumeu River Winery. Each bedroom has a ranch slider opening out to the extensive grounds enabling residents the freedom to walk around the property at their leisure. The farmyard is located a short stroll down the path where you can interact with the animals, feed them and help the animal keepers with their daily duties.
The Villa runs as a "home" where families are encouraged and welcomed to spend time, cook a meal and take part in everyday life.
Our core values are Respect, Empowerment, High Standards and doing what we say we do.
Our Vision is to improve the wellbeing of elders suffering from Dementia by transforming the community in which they live.
Our Mission is to provide love, companionship and compassion to all. To eliminate boredom loneliness and helplessness.

We provide continuing care , offering Rest home, Dementia, Hospital and Palliative care.
