The Helier’s Care Residences and available services have been thoughtfully designed to deliver you a premium lifestyle, unlike any other aged care offering in New Zealand.
We have gone above and beyond standard requirements, taking into consideration your entire physical and emotional well-being. Our holistic approach provides you with boutique personalised nursing and premium hospitality led services and amenities, to ensure you experience the utmost comfort and enjoyment at The Helier.
Our private nursing care model means our dedicated team will do an in-home assessment to understand the level of care you require. This enables us to build a care plan around you and your needs and requirements, from everyday assistance to hospital level care.
The Helier’s Primary Nursing Care Model is a resident focused approach that provides holistic, individualised and continuous care to each resident. A Registered Nurse will work in partnership with you to provide a tailored approach to your healthcare needs.
Our thoughtfully designed private care residences come in a choice of layouts, making them the perfect canvas in which to create your dream space. And with just 32 of them, you’ll enjoy the devoted attention you deserve.

NOTE: The Retirement Villages Act 2003 (The Act) is designed to provide improved protection for people who 'buy' into a retirement village. If you intend to 'purchase' you must get independent legal advice before signing your occupation right agreement as required under The Act. Some Retirement Village type facilities are not required to register under The Act so different legal requirements apply. Please make sure you investigate fully.
In some villages there may be some Retirement Village units that have multiple uses e.g. a Serviced Apartment may also be used as a Residential Care Suite. The same unit may therefore show in several places on Eldernet.
