Summerset villages are designed so that as your needs change you can generally access different levels of support to help you. We call this our continuum of care. Summerset Waikanae is home to our modern serviced apartments, care suites as well as rooms in our memory care centre.

Serviced apartments are ideal if you want to retain your independence but need a little support, which we can provide with one of our service packages. Located in the village centre they offer up to rest home-level care.

Our modern and spacious care centre is ideal if getting around has become more difficult or if higher levels of care are required, including rest home or hospital-level care. Staff in our onsite care centre are trained professionals and available 24/7. (Care is subject to availability and eligibility criteria)

For those living with rest home-level dementia, our memory care centre provides a welcoming and comfortable living experience in a safe and secure environment. With innovative design in mind, our centres aim to create a world-class setting for those living with dementia*, helping them feel at home.
