Summerset Palm's industry-leading memory care centre offers rest home-level dementia care in a purpose-built, safe and homely environment.
Each of our spacious modern memory care apartments are available on either a licence-to-occupy model or we do offer one memory care suite on a daily premium room charge of $99.00 per day, subject to availability.
Our Memory Care Apartments include a double bedroom, ensuite bathroom, and a generous lounge for family and friends, enabling residents to continue to lead active and meaningful lives in a safe, secure environment.
Our unique way-finding features, large open communal areas and outdoor courtyard garden provide freedom of movement and independence, perfect for people needing specialist dementia care.

If you intend to 'purchase' you must get independent legal advice before signing your occupation right agreement as required under The Act. Some Retirement Village type facilities are not required to register under The Act so different legal requirements apply. Please make sure you investigate fully.
