Serviced Apartments are available
79 Merlot Drive, Greenmeadows, Napier 4112
Independent living with the right amount of support is what a serviced apartment offers. These ground floor apartments within the main village centre offer high ceilings and ranch sliders in the lounge and bedroom that lead to your own patio area, both with drapes and sheers.
The bedroom is ensuite, some with a newly designed bathroom including a double drawer vanity and triple mirror cabinet for great storage. The open plan lounge also features a kitchenette, with fridge/freezer, two-burner ceramic hob, and plenty of storage space, including a designated spot for the microwave.
There is easy access to The Hub (our Village Centre), where you will find our Divine Café, resident lounges, billiards, table tennis, movie afternoon with an ice cream, and many more delightful options to keep busy or to simply relax with friends and family. Finding a place to call home is always a big ask and a retirement village is no different. Here, the homes are bright, and spacious with birdsong and plenty of green spaces.
On most days of the week, you will see residents playing bowls or croquet, plus there is an exercise room, petanque, a library, bar, piano, workshop, gym and a relaxing indoor spa pool. Not to mention, a full events calendar created by an on-site activities coordinator.

Mythbusting - Retirement Villages are a rip-off
Why it’s considered a worthwhile investment.
NOTE: The Retirement Villages Act 2003 (The Act) is designed to provide improved protection for people who 'buy' into a retirement village. If you intend to 'purchase' you must get independent legal advice before signing your occupation right agreement as required under The Act. Some Retirement Village type facilities are not required to register under The Act so different legal requirements apply. Please make sure you investigate fully.
In some villages there may be some Retirement Village units that have multiple uses e.g. a Serviced Apartment may also be used as a Residential Care Suite. The same unit may therefore show in several places on Eldernet.
