About Radius St Allisa
Welcome to Radius St Allisa, we are a resident led community, our residents who are encouraged to get involved and make decisions about their day to day living.
Radius St Allisa is nestled amongst beautiful tree lined grounds and an 'Old English Garden', with gorgeous roses and hedging. We offer a warm, comfortable and homely environment and we respect each resident's individuality and privacy.
Radius St Allisa features a strong New Zealand theme throughout, from our grounds, which are planted in native plants to our paintings and artwork of local New Zealand scenes. Our Rest Home and Hospital is tastefully designed and well positioned for the sun and views within this beautiful setting.
We offer a wide spectrum of care from Rest Home, Hospital, Respite and Dementia Care to Long Term Care for those with Chronic Health Conditions, Young People with Disabilities and ACC Recovery.
We have 109 rooms, in both single and double, and all have full ensuite bathrooms. The environment is homely and warm, and residents are encouraged to bring their own pictures, ornaments and other personal items to personalise their rooms if they wish.
A Registered Nurse is on duty at all times, and our team look after our residents like they are family. Education for all of our staff, including housekeepers and kitchen staff, is a priority for us here at Radius St Allisa.

Residents Say It Best
”I stayed at St Allisa as a young person due to significant health challenges, and would not hesitate to recommend them. Staff were all so lovely and respectful (special shoutout to Jaycel who went above and beyond and was extremely encouraging as I tried to recondition). I will remember many other staff members there also for their care, support, and kindness. It is a place that gives you a feeling of home. I am grateful that I was placed here to start my recovery journey. There are also beautiful gardens and some cool fish that let you pat them.”
AH
”To all the staff at St Allisa.
I can’t thank you enough for all your care and support you gave Derek and myself over the past 15 months. This made our journey bearable and enjoyable. You all made us feel part of the Saint Allisa family. The residents and their families became ours too.
The exceptional care we received from every staff member was truly humbling. The atmosphere created at Saint Allisa comes from the senior management down and is felt throughout the home. As I spent long days here with Derek I observed caring and professionalism way beyond the call of duty. I will never forget the warmth and dignity experienced at Derek’s passing. I felt the love as did Derek.
Anyone looking to place their loved one in a care facility, this is the place. You won’t find better.”
Judy
