About Arvida St Albans
St Albans is a friendly inclusive Arvida Living Well Community, located close to the central city. We have sunny, spacious, refurbished studios and apartments with indoor and outdoor living. Our lovely established manicured gardens and outdoor areas make for a peaceful and tranquil setting all round. We can provide independent living, respite, rest home and hospital care, in a warm, friendly and professional environment.
Our serviced studios and apartments are designed so you can have tailored care to support your independence and freedom. The personalized care packages available are from independence to rest home level care, allowing you to stay in your own apartment and studio. As your needs change the care services can increase.
We have an on-site cafe which is also open to the public, is enjoyed by residents, family and friends. Café Caledonian is open Monday to Friday 9:00-2.30 pm excluding public holidays. (Note currently closed due to alert level restrictions).
Our vision is to improve the lives and well being of our residents by the attitude of Living Well. We challenge ourselves to make our residents’ lives better with everything we do.

Our hospital wing has been recently upgraded and refurbished. All rooms have new ensuites and are newly painted, have new carpet, and the atmosphere is light and airy. The vacant rooms offer a large bay window ideal for displaying your treasures and photographs, or a ranchslider bringing in all day sunshine.

Our Wellness Co-ordinator Lee co-ordinates a varied monthly calendar of activities e.g. art & crafts, board games, Church service, cooking & baking, dancing, entertainment, exercises, flower arranging, games, gardening, happy hour, housie, theme events, piano, quizzes, reading, guest speakers, shopping, sing-a-longs, Sky TV, men's group, indoor games e.g. bowls & golf, jigsaw puzzles, library, movies in house and out, music, newspaper readings, further outings e.g. lunches, afternoon teas, exhibitions, preschool, casino, & picnics.
Our activities program is flexible and residents have a lot of input into the happenings at St Albans!

If you intend to 'purchase' you must get independent legal advice before signing your occupation right agreement as required under The Act.
