Testimonials
| "As caregiver for my Mum, one of the many things I do for her is to ensure she has adequate supply of personal care products. One of these products I order from Shop Enliven. Shop Enliven is part of Presbyterian Support Central, Enliven and Family Works. When I attempted to put an order in on Shop Enliven's website, it was not available as the site was being updated. Instead I was asked to call a certain number to place my order. I duly did so. Not only were they extremely polite and helpful, they prioritised the product being sent out to us over receiving payment from us. The Shop Enliven staffer said she would call me later to get credit card details as her system was down. I expected her to call me later in the day or the next day. No call was received. But the next day, the product was delivered to my place. I received a call from the Shop Enliven staffer a few days later to sort payment out. I expressed my gratitude and she said sometimes you just place faith in humanity and getting the product out to us ASAP was important. How is that for top customer service? If you have elderly relatives that need anything to help them live the best life they can, check out Shop Enliven. You can also get gift ideas from them. We'll all grow old someday and we're very lucky to do so in NZ. We're just lucky in NZ fullstop. Sometimes we need to have these experiences to remind us." - Geraldine Chan, Shop Enliven customer. “I had never heard of Shop Enliven before. My father is the main carer for my mother, who has dementia. When Dad was admitted to hospital, Mum went into respite care with Enliven. She was a little unsettled, and one of the staff members suggested the Shop Enliven website, where we could find dementia sensory items to help support her. When we looked through the website, it opened up another form of support for us as a family. Not only did we find a range of dementia support products for Mum, but we also found nutritional support products that we were able to purchase for Dad when he was discharged from hospital. As their children, we found it incredibly reassuring to know that there was somewhere we could turn to for practical support for both of our parents, especially at a time when we couldn’t always be there in person. Shop Enliven gave us another way to care for and support our parents when they needed it most.” - Shop Enliven customer. “The Shop Enliven consultant made what can be a difficult and sensitive conversation about incontinence products feel straightforward, comfortable and informative. We felt listened to and supported throughout the process, and left feeling confident that we had the right products and information for our needs.” - Shop Enliven customer. |
