About Radius Lexham Park
At Radius Lexham Park, we embrace the remarkable stories and talents of our residents. Located in the charming town of Katikati, our care home offers hospital-level support while fostering a sense of community and belonging.
Our meals are crafted with care, developed by talented chefs and signed off by a nutritionist to ensure they are both delicious and nutritious. We understand how important food can be in enhancing quality of life, and we offer two delightful dinner options daily, catering to individual tastes and preferences.
We actively participate in local events like the Upcycled Christmas Tree Competition at The Arts Junction, allowing residents to express their creativity and connect with the broader community. You'll often find entertainers in the care home, residents enjoying visits from schools and daycares, or off on a mission in the Radius Lexham Park van.
At Lexham Park, we empower each resident to live their life to the fullest, surrounded by support and camaraderie.

If you’re searching for respite care for yourself or a loved one, we understand how important it is to find a supportive environment that feels like home. Respite care provides essential short-term support for individuals who may be unwell, recovering, or simply in need of a little extra help. Whether it’s just for a few days or up to a couple of weeks, respite care allows primary caregivers to take a well-deserved break while offering patients a refreshing change of scenery.
At Lexham Park, we warmly welcome respite residents into our community. Our compassionate and experienced team is dedicated to providing individualized care that meets the unique needs of each person. We pride ourselves on fostering an atmosphere of companionship and respect, ensuring that every resident feels valued and supported.
Set amidst beautiful gardens, Lexham Park offers a peaceful environment ideal for recovery. With accessible amenities designed for the comfort and quality of life of older individuals, our care home is a warm, inviting space for respite care.
In some cases, respite care may be partially funded by the government, depending on your local health authority and an NASC (Needs Assessment Service Coordination) assessment.
If you’re considering respite care, we’re here to help. Give us a call, and we’ll guide you through the process and arrange a visit to Lexham Park. Let us show you how we can support you or your loved one during this time.
