We offer a full range of services from House Washing to Building Washing, Gutter Cleaning, Roof Washing, Paths/Walkways/Courtyards, Driveways, Roof and Spider Treatments, Asphalt Cleaning, Solar Panels and Glass Cleaning.

We cater for all Residential sites including Water Tank sites, Retirement Villages & Aged Care facilities. Our Glass and Solar Panel Cleaning provides you with streak free glass utilizing a specialized Pure Water De-ionizing System - no blade finishing is required - all Hard Water is converted to Pure Water leaving you with a spot free finish.

We cover the full Auckland area from Manukau to Warkworth/Omaha and also service Hamilton and Whangarei for Retirement Villages.

We provide $5 Million Public Liability Insurance and full Health and Safety compliance to ensure peace of mind.

We thoroughly enjoy working with the elderly - they have some lovely history to share with life experience.

Service Description
We provide House Washing services, Gutter Cleaning, Path and Patio washing to ensure slip free areas, Driveway Washing, Roof Washing, Roof Treatments and Spider Treatments. We also wash retaining walls and any exterior surface that has absorbed dirt. All services are through a soft washing approach to ensure maximum protection for your exterior surfaces. We also provide a Glass Cleaning surface should you have an abundance of Glass on-site or Solar Panels - our system converts hard water to Pure Water to ensure that all glass shines and there are no water marks to prevent your Solar Panels from functioning at full capacity.

Window Cleaner	Yes	We utilize a Pure Water de-ionizing unit to convert Hard Water into Pure Water to ensure your windows, all glassware and Solar Panels shine - this is a fabulous service if you have an abundance of glass on-site.
Roof Maintenance & Restoration	Yes	We offer Roof Washing to ensure that your roofing is kept clean - this is highly recommended for Water Tank sites to ensure your water catchment area is contaminant free and you are drinking clean water. This service also includes Gutter Cleaning to ensure all water catchment areas are free flowing and there are no blockages. We also provide a Roof Treatment (chemical spray) to kill off any Lichen on the roof to ensure that no further damage to the roofing. Lichen produces a natural acid which creates rust on all metal surfaces and eats through any paintwork it has attached itself to.
Cleaner (house exterior)	Yes	Our services provides you with a clean exterior ensuring that all road film, dirt, moss and algae is removed from all cladding, outside of the guttering, barge boards, downpipes and all windows and doors to ground level - this is a softwashing process - our detergent ensures that your house shines on the day and also provides your house with protection from the elements moving forward.
Pest Controller	Yes	We provide a Spider Treatment that is not commercial grade to ensure that there is no staining of the exterior walls and is not highly toxic to yourself and the environment. The Spider Treatment is applied around all windows and doors, underneath the eaves and around ground level to ensure no further entry into your house.
