Supporting the wellbeing of older adults is at the heart of my practice. I provide gentle, therapeutic massage services designed to bring comfort, ease, and calm to seniors in all stages of health, whether they are at home, in hospital, in respite care, or receiving palliative support. Families can feel confident knowing their loved one is cared for with dignity, patience, and a person‑centred approach.

My services include in‑home and bedside massage, hospital‑appropriate relaxation techniques, reflexology, and manual lymphatic drainage. Each session is adapted to suit mobility levels, chronic conditions, recovery needs, or end‑of‑life comfort. I focus on reducing tension, improving circulation, supporting emotional wellbeing, and creating moments of peace for clients who may be experiencing discomfort, stress, or isolation. With a calm and compassionate presence, I aim to enhance quality of life for older adults while offering reassurance and support to the families who care for them.

Testimonials
Testimonials
I first used Nadia's services when I booked a massage for my grandmother's 90th birthday. My gran loved her so much that we continued with weekly massages. Fast forward 6 months and Nadia was massaging my gran twice a week as she was on a fast decline and her body needed some extra care. Nadia continued to massage my gran until the day before she passed, giving her the extra comfort she needed. Nadia was a great support and used to message me after each massage session letting me know how my gran was. This level of communication was invaluable, and I would highly recommend her. She is trustworthy, honest and my gran loved her.

Prior to my first Knee Replacement surgery (18 Mar 25) I was lucky enough to have a Lymphatic drainage massage from Nadia. Not knowing what to expect, I found Nadia’s professionalism and calm demeaner a great equaliser. As I went through my post-surgery rehabilitation, I found myself reflecting on the benefits of the lymphatic drainage massage and how I believe this helped with my recovery, especially noting I did not have a massage prior to my second surgery 11 weeks post my first. Thank you so much Nadia. (T.K. Kaukapakapa, Auckland - March 2025)

I can't speak highly enough of Nadia. After years of struggling with back pain that no one else seemed to be able to resolve, my dad finally found lasting relief under her care. Her skill is exceptional, but what truly sets her apart is her kindness and compassion. She takes a genuine, personal interest in the people she works with and that level of care has made all the difference for our family.
