About Elms Court on Middlepark
Elms Court on Middlepark is conveniently located on Middlepark Road, next to St Thomas’s high school in Sockburn. We offer a wide range of services from standard non premium rooms right through to care suites, studios and apartments. Something for everyone’s needs and budget. All our rooms can provide both Rest Home and Hospital level care, which means you can relax knowing you won’t have the upheaval of moving again if your needs increase.
We have Registered Nurse cover 24hrs a day / 7days a week and very experienced care staff. Elms Court is known for its homely feel, created by a warm, friendly team who go out of their way to provide personalised care and make our residents feel like part of the family.
Elms Court on Middlepark has a wide range of activities to suit all. Immediately outside the premises is a bus shelter waiting to take those who are able anywhere in Christchurch. Furthermore, we also have a van for regular weekly outings. There are many options for the more able such as a short, pleasant walk to Upper Riccarton library, the shops or to the local park.
We are located just 2 minutes from Blenheim Road and just 5 minutes from Church Corner, so it’s a breeze for visitors to pop in, or get you out and about to local shops and cafes. Riccarton and Hornby Malls are also close by, should you need to grab any additional extra comforts.

Meals are cooked fresh on site. Breakfast is served in your room. Lunch and dinner are served in the dining room unless you are unwell, when it will be served in your room.
Special features
Committed, dedicated staff. A home which is purpose built, light and sunny. Rooms have either partial or full ensuites. The lounges are spacious and there are several areas for private visits with friends and family. Beautifully landscaped gardens.
