About Cambridge Life
Welcome to our Culture of Care.
At Cambridge Life, personalised care, meaningful connections, and a true sense of belonging come together.
Located in the heart of Cambridge East, residents enjoy the best of both worlds a peaceful residential setting and the convenience of being close to family, local amenities, and the wider Cambridge community.
Our home offers Rest Home, Hospital, Memory Care, Respite, and Day Stay services in a warm and supportive environment.
Through our Y.O.U. Plan (Your Own Unique Care Plan), residents and families are actively involved in care planning from the very beginning. We take the time to understand each person's individual needs, routines, preferences, and goals, ensuring care is tailored to what matters most to them. This personalised approach helps residents maintain comfort, dignity, purpose, and independence wherever possible.
With engaging activities, regular outings, freshly prepared meals, and a welcoming community atmosphere, residents are supported to enjoy meaningful connections and daily life.
As part of Sound Care Group, we are proud to provide professional care in an environment where residents feel valued, supported, and truly at home.
