About Eden
Boasting an ideal, central location and a friendly community feel, Eden is a boutique rest home offering a premium option for aged care.
What’s great about a Care Suite is that they provide both Rest Home and Hospital level care, which means you can relax knowing you won’t have to go through the upheaval of moving again if your needs increase. Your Care Suite is designed to be your forever home, so you’ll be able to stay in the same familiar place, with your friends around you and the staff who know you best caring for you.
Choose from either a Care Suite with an open-plan bedroom and lounge, or a one-bedroom Care Suite with a separate bedroom and living area. All Care Suites have a heat pump and full ensuite, as well as a kitchenette with a fridge – perfect for making a cuppa when friends and family come to visit. All of our Care Suites have a private balcony or patio. Some Care Suites are large enough to accommodate couples, so you can be together – even if one of you requires Hospital level care.
You own the right to occupy your Care Suite, so you can personalise it with your favourite furniture and treasured pieces.
Our central location means we’re fortunate enough to be close to the hustle and bustle of Mt Eden Village, with great shops, cafes and restaurants all on our doorstep. You’re spoilt for choice when it comes to finding a place to catch up with family and friends!

It’s easy to fill your day at Eden. Our guest services coordinator will spend time with you to find out what you feel like doing. Whether you want to meet friends at a show, or video chat with family overseas, they take care of the logistics to make it happen. Our activities calendar is packed with a variety of group and solo pursuits. Hop in the village van for a mystery trip, join your neighbours for theme days and happy hour, or enjoy some me-time listening to your own personalised music playlist with our award-winning I Love Music programme.
Tender Sunday roasts, hot fish and chips and scrummy homemade puddings… all are regular features on our menu, which is packed with tasty classics you’d make at home. Don’t fancy what’s on offer? Have a chat to our friendly chef and kitchen team to let them know what you’re craving. Good food is best shared, and family and friends are welcome to come dine with you. Enjoy a barista coffee and a bite to eat from the onsite café or book in for a meal in the main or private dining room.

NOTE: The Retirement Villages Act 2003 (The Act) is designed to provide improved protection for people who 'buy' into a retirement village. If you intend to 'purchase' you must get independent legal advice before signing your occupation right agreement as required under The Act. Some Retirement Village type facilities are not required to register under The Act so different legal requirements apply. Please make sure you investigate fully.
In some villages there may be some Retirement Village units that have multiple uses e.g. a Serviced Apartment may also be used as a Residential Care Suite. The same unit may therefore show in several places on Eldernet.
