Hello, our names are Ron and Shelley, the proud new owners of Palmerston North – East. We have lived in Palmerston North since 2013, and are blessed with four grandchildren, two here in Palmerston North and two North of Auckland. We enjoy all Manawatu has to offer – the river, the restaurants and cafes, and the relaxed pace of life. Shelley has over 15 years of experience as a support worker in Rest Homes and, more recently, out in the community. Ron’s background is in business and finance as a business adviser, coach, and broker.

We are dedicated to providing a team that genuinely enjoys helping and assisting anyone in our community with a personalised service tailored to your unique needs. Whether it’s getting you to appointments, hobbies, running errands, or anything else you may need, we are here for you. We are an ACC contracted provider with a wheelchair-accessible vehicle for those who need it, or you can use your Total Mobility Scheme card if you have one.

Our team enjoys helping you while providing a caring, safe, and reliable service. We help you feel independent and give your family peace of mind. We can stay and assist you during appointments or drop you off and return to pick you up when you’re ready. Parents receive a text message when their children are dropped off at their destination, so they know their children are safely there.
