We are Heather and James, and we have called Nelson home for the past eight years, where we live with our two daughters. We love the lifestyle and strong sense of community our region offers, and we are proud to provide a service that helps local people remain connected, independent and involved in the things that matter to them.

With our fleet of two modern comfortable cars and one Wheelchair Accessible vehicle, we provide personalised transport and companion driving for medical appointments, shopping, social outings, airport transfers and other important journeys. We can assist from the door, help with mobility aids and provide support throughout the journey, depending on each person's individual needs.

We understand that choosing someone to provide transport and support is an important decision, both for clients and their families. You can feel confident knowing that our drivers are thoroughly police-vetted and hold current First Aid and Dementia Friends certification. As friendly locals, we genuinely enjoy getting to know the people we support and take pride in building trusted, lasting relationships.

We would love to support you if you need any of the following;

• Medical or General Appointments
• Shopping trips
• Airport Drop offs or Pickups
• Scenic drives or fun outings
• Safe transport for children to school or after school activities
• Appointments or outings for Pets

All services are door to door with our support as requested.

We operate by pre-booking and recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance whenever possible. However, if something comes up at short notice, we will always do our best to assist, subject to vehicle and driver availability. We are an ACC-approved vendor and a provider under the Total Mobility Scheme.
