With a warm and thoughtful approach, my team and myself are passionate about creating a service where every client feels valued, comfortable, and treated like family. | I just wanted to say a big thank you to you for being so wonderful and accommodating in arranging for Dawn Harvey to be collected from Summerset on Thursday, with a wheelchair, and for being so flexible in accommodating the return driver to take me to Summerset to get my car and taking Dawn to Hawkes Bay Hospital. It really took the pressure off me knowing that you could supply a wheelchair, and a van to transport her, let alone changing everything to accommodate an unexpected hospital trip. The two drivers you sent to collect her were absolutely lovely, and we really appreciated their kindness, professionalism, and care. Dawn was not the easiest on that day and they were very patient. Thank you so much for all you and your drivers did. Dawn was released from hospital on Friday, came back to Summerset, but has ended up back at ED at 4am this morning in the Ambulance. Hopefully they can get her sorted again today but she may need to stay a few more days. Anyway, just wanted to say a big thank for all you did. What a wonderful service you provide.
