About Dominion Home
Welcome to Dominion Home: A Sanctuary of Love, Empathy, and Respect
At Dominion Home, we offer more than just care; we offer a family. As a boutique, family-oriented dementia facility, our approach is rooted in creating a nurturing environment where every resident is not just a client, but a cherished part of our extended family. Our specialized focus on dementia care means we cater to various needs, be it long-term stays, respite care, or day-care.
Our team, consisting of long-term care staff with a deep passion for people and expertise in dementia, ensures that your loved ones receive personalized attention that fosters understanding and deep connections. The atmosphere here is filled with joy, laughter, and companionship, greatly attributed to our activities therapist whose warm personality and engaging approach to games and activities are adored by residents and families alike.
While we might not boast grand furnishings or multiple levels, our secure, gated facility, complete with a lovely garden for leisurely walks, is designed to feel like home. We emphasize maintaining a family atmosphere and encourage socialization through regular pet visits, group outings, shopping trips, and personal touches like photos and memorabilia in resident rooms. This commitment creates a sense of belonging and a community where kindness and compassion blossom.
At Dominion Home, we understand that choosing a care facility is an important decision. We invite you to arrange a tour and consultation with our qualified team, who can provide insights into your individual care needs. Here, you can be confident that your loved one will be cared for with the utmost respect and empathy as if they were our own family.
Experience the difference at Dominion Home, where love, empathy, and respect are not just words, but the pillars of our everyday practice.
