About Claire House

"CARING IN THE COMMUNITY"

Claire House is a well-established boutique style aged care facility that provides residential care in the suburb of Mt. Eden located at 87 - 91, Prospect Terrace.

It has been owner-operated since 1985. Comprising of 57 rest home level beds with 8 to 10 residents per wing, each wing having its own intimate lounge and dining area.

All bedrooms at Claire House are of premium presentation and décor and can be decorated to colours of personal choice if desired. The boutique atmosphere is in keeping with the traditional Mt Eden Villas and residents experience close contact to the community around them.

Claire House has dedicated staff members committed to providing the highest standard of support in the provision of quality, client focused, residential care.

We are also a work placement training facility for health care assistants and diversion therapist students.

We fully understand the emotional concerns of moving into care and aim at creating a welcoming and friendly environment for your family member to feel part of our home.

Special features

The Houses are beautifully decorated through out with a guest house presentation. Some bedrooms have French doors leading onto Juliet balconies. The Houses are elegantly restored Mt. Eden Villas nestled in a large attractive gardens which have been developed over many years and are enjoyed by residents, staff and visitors alike. The Houses are close and accessible to all amenities including a shopping plaza.
