Churtonleigh is situated in a quiet neighbourhood in the heart of Churton Park with panoramic views over the surrounding hills. The rest home and hospital facilities have a sunny, sheltered deck area, a small courtyard off the dining room and a choice of communal lounges. Our care staff work closely with residents to create personal care plans and a tailored activity programme.

At Churtonleigh our philosophy is to not have beds that are specific for a particular level of care. As this is your home, as your needs change we adapt our approach to match you. Our families love this personalised approach and our intimate size. We currently have a superior room vacancy. We also have a fabulous one-bedroom apartment on the first floor of our facility. This offers you privacy and space whilst enjoying the advantages of extra support. This apartment is accessed by stairs and lift.

All meals are home-cooked, our menus are reviewed by a dietitian and nutritionist.

Special features

Alden Churtonleigh is a Care Facility that offers Rest Home, Hospital, Palliative and Respite levels of care. Residents enjoy nutritional meals which are produced onsite by our wonderful kitchen team. Our recreation team comprises of qualified Diversional Therapists who work together to provide a wide range of fun and stimulating activities and outings. We also provide regular evening events to accommodate friends and family who can’t always attend events during the day.

Interests & activities

Our Activities Coordinator delivers a varied programme to our residents 5 days per week. Our activities programme is regularly updated and promises to cater to a variety of interests and needs. Our programme incorporates day trips, one-to-one sessions and group sessions. Enquiries are most welcome to view our programme.
