About Bupa The Booms Care Home

Bupa The Booms Care Home logo

Located at the gateway to the Kauaeranga Valley, The Booms Care Home is an ideal care home for providing assisted living. Beautiful gardens, and the local racecourse are our backdrop for the kind-hearted care we give.

We pride ourselves on the “feel” of our care home. Families of our residents describe it as warm, friendly, happy and above all, relaxed. We make sure we are aware of each resident’s personal preferences and values, cultural traditions, family situations and lifestyle, respecting each person’s individuality.

We make the effort to understand each person’s likes and dislikes, and we build our care around those, letting their preferences shape their day. That’s why we say, ‘Your day - your way.’
