About Bupa Northhaven Care Home

Bupa Northhaven Care Home logo

At Northhaven, we offer hospital and specialised dementia care. We are proud of our reputation for giving a very high standard of care in our homely, nurturing environment.

We often receive compliments from our residents and their families about the kindness of our staff, and the “little extras” that they so willingly do. Our residents also compliment us on the lovely food our chef makes. We have open plan living and dining, leading to an attractive but secure garden.

Focusing on making each day the best it can be for your loved one is what’s most important to us. We take the time to get to know each resident, so that our care can be personalised, respecting each person’s likes, dislikes and preferences. We welcome friends and family at any time.

We offer 42 specialist dementia care places at Northhaven. With compassion and experience, we can help you understand what specialised dementia care involves, and when a loved one needs it. We can also help you understand how our mix of creativity and compassion can lift basic care to bring enjoyment to every day.

You can find us on the picturesque Whangaparāoa Peninsula, 30 minutes from the Auckland city centre, easily accessible from State Highway 1, and close to all amenities.

We would love the opportunity to talk about how we can help. You’re welcome to visit us and meet the team.
