Our Memory Care service consists of a 14 bed Sumner Wing for females only and a 27 bed Hillview Wing for men and ladies. Large rooms each with ensuite, sunny lounge with flat screen TV. Secure courtyard for each unit. We are funded to provide long-term care; however, short-term stays may be arranged subject to availability. At Brookhaven, we aim for transparent, all-inclusive pricing so residents and families know exactly what to expect.

Included in Your Fees:
- Quality care services from our fully trained and ACE-certified caregivers
- Access to Registered Nurses for assessment and care planning
- Daily home-cooked meals with special diets and preferences catered for
- Respite and short-term stay services (subject to availability)
- Activities and diversional therapy programs, including social and recreational events
- Use of communal facilities such as lounges, gardens, and outdoor spaces
- Laundry services for personal clothing and linen
- Basic allied health services provided on-site, such as occupational therapy by referral

Not Included in Your Fees:
- Personal toiletries or mobility aids
- Private health services outside the facility (e.g., specialist appointments, physiotherapy not provided on-site)
- Hairdressing, podiatry, or other optional personal services (available at reasonable rates)
