Details about meals
Full range of dietary requirements are met by Food Service Team on-site. Menu is not predictable and all special diets are provided as required. Seasonal foods are enjoyed wherever possible and fresh produce is a priority.
Special features
Bainfield Park is situated on an attractive elevated setting of 9 acres on the outskirts of Invercargill. The property is well established as bush-land to the south, with sprawling lawns leading to farm-land to the north.
Our location enables us to be close to all city facilities including a shopping centre, supermarket, churches, doctors and public transportation. We do however, also have the advantage of the tranquility of our rural setting without close neighbours and city hustle and bustle.
The entire building has an approved sprinkler and fire evacuation system for added protection and staff are available 24 hours per day to meet the needs of the Residents.
Interests & activities
Programme runs 7 days per week, through the day as well as an evening programme 6 nights a week. Bainfield Park has a focus on healthy lifestyles. We offer as part of our programme;

We are fortunate to have a beautiful large area for our Activities programme to be based. This is a multi - purpose area which houses a computer, kitchen facility with disabled access to allow food skills classes and a large dividable room for crafts, meetings, training, functions etc.
