About Arvida Queenstown Country Club
Set against the backdrop of the stunning Wakatipu Basin, Arvida Queenstown Country Club offers a unique combination of natural beauty and vibrant community life. In winter, snow-capped peaks frame the view, while summer brings long days and golden tussock landscapes.
Our Care Suites provide a modern approach to rest home and hospital-level care, combining comfort, privacy and personalised support in a space designed to feel like home.
For those requiring dementia care, a separate secure household within the community provides specialist support in a safe and reassuring environment, delivered with the same warmth and focus on living well.
As part of Arvida's Living Well Communities, Queenstown Country Club supports residents to live well through five key pillars: eating, moving, resting, thinking and engaging. These pillars guide daily life, helping residents stay active, connected and engaged in ways that are meaningful to them.
Our team takes the time to understand each resident, their history, preferences and what matters most to them, creating personalised wellbeing plans that support comfort, independence and quality of life.
Note: All units are licensed under an Occupation Right Agreement (ORA).

NOTE: The Retirement Villages Act 2003 (The Act) is designed to provide improved protection for people who 'buy' into a retirement village. If you intend to 'purchase' you must get independent legal advice before signing your occupation right agreement as required under The Act. Some Retirement Village type facilities are not required to register under The Act so different legal requirements apply. Please make sure you investigate fully.
In some villages there may be some Retirement Village units that have multiple uses e.g. a Serviced Apartment may also be used as a Residential Care Suite. The same unit may therefore show in several places on Eldernet.
