Arvida Bethlehem Shores is a purpose-built care community located in the vibrant heart of Bethlehem, Tauranga. Our contemporary care centre, opened in March 2026, offers a welcoming coastal lifestyle alongside a full range of beautifully designed Care Suites to suit different needs and preferences. Options include Classic and Premium Suites, spacious Deluxe and Deluxe Plus Suites, and dedicated Couples Care Suites that enable partners to remain together while receiving the support they need.
Designed to feel more like home than a traditional care facility, each Care Suite offers generous space, privacy and comfort, while providing the reassurance that professional support is available when needed. For those requiring specialist dementia care, Bethlehem Shores also features a secure, purpose-built dementia community that provides additional safety, personalised support and peace of mind.

If you intend to 'purchase' you must get independent legal advice before signing your occupation right agreement as required under The Act. Some Retirement Village type facilities are not required to register under The Act so different legal requirements apply. Please make sure you investigate fully.
