About Arvida Aria Gardens
At Aria Gardens, we provide a friendly, warm, homely environment. We encourage and support individuals within the community to make the most of their abilities and, where possible, increase their confidence to enable them to grow and enjoy as much independence as they can. Our philosophy is to provide every resident with their own space where they can welcome their friends and family/whanau as visitors to their home in private and comfortable surroundings.
Our vision at Aria Gardens is to provide a home where our residents live with dignity, where the environment enhances and maximizes independence and there is respect for every individual's cultural, spiritual, emotional, intellectual and physical well being. The wellness program we offer here at Aria Gardens are based on robust research about the positive effects of diet, exercise, social interaction and mental stimulation on ageing. This approach is part of our ‘living a life with soul’ philosophy, which shapes how our communities operate.

All meals home cooked with fresh produce and Dietitian approved for the over 65's. We have introduced choices. Our residents have a menu to choose from. The feedback we are getting is very positive.

Our village manager, Chrissy Miller, brings over 20 years of operational management experience and a background in nursing to our community. Her passion lies in ensuring that our residents receive the highest level of care possible, and that they enjoy a comfortable lifestyle that brings peace of mind to their families. Chrissy's philosophy aligns perfectly with Arvida's, which emphasizes the importance of living well. At Aria Gardens, we strive to create a welcoming community where everyone is supported to live as comfortably and as well as possible. Our warm and friendly vibe is thanks to the contributions of our team, residents, their families, and friends.
