About Amberwood
Amberwood is a warm and welcoming community with friendly, approachable staff who will go out of their way to make you comfortable. Amberwood has a choice of standard and premium rooms, so no matter your needs or budget, there are plenty of options.
Amberwood offers the following levels of care:
• Rest Home
• Hospital
• Palliative
• Respite
We don’t set visiting hours at Amberwood because we know it’s important you stay connected to your community. It’s easy for visitors to stop by with the Northwestern Motorway just around the corner, and with Westgate and NorthWest Shopping Centres on our doorstep, there are plenty of places to catch up for a coffee and a bite to eat.
Hop in our van for a jaunt, you’ll never know where it will take you next. A scenic drive through the countryside, shopping trips or picnics in the park, there’s an exciting new destination each week.
When it comes to your care, you know what you do and don’t like – and we want to know your preferences too. Because everyone is different, all of our residents receive a personalised care plan, so from meals to medications; everything that’s important to you is covered.
