Simpson Family Care helps those in need stay safe, comfortable and independent in the home they love. Since 2018 we’ve been providing warm, reliable in-home care across Auckland’s North Shore, East Coast Bays and Hibiscus Coast, delivered by carers who treat every client like family.
We began as Chrissy’s Caregiving and have grown into Simpson Family Care, but our approach hasn’t changed. We get to know each person, their routines, preferences and what matters most to them, then shape our support around their life rather than the other way around.
Our services can include:
- Personal care, such as showering, dressing and grooming
- Companionship and social outings
- Meal preparation and light housework
- Medication reminders
- Respite care to give families a break
- Palliative and 24/7 care
We aim to match each client with a consistent carer, so there’s a familiar face at the door and a relationship built on trust. Families stay informed and involved, and we’re always just a phone call away.
