Hi, my name is Nicci, I am the Facility Manager here at Ultimate Care Group Churtonleigh. We are a small Rest Home situated in the heart of Churton Park. We provide Rest Home and Hospital/Palliative level care, plus respite care and a day programme.

My team is very experienced and I am very proud of the care we provide for our residents. This was confirmed by the Ministry of Health in our audit in February of this yere when we received another 4 year certification. This tick from the Ministry gives you confidence that our services and care are of the highest standard.

The environment of our facility is warm and friendly and I see our size, (only 34 beds), as a point of difference as we are able to offer a more personalised and relaxed approach in ensuring our residents and families are happy. We are very fortunate to have 3 lounge areas to relax in and 2 outdoor spaces. The views across the valley are incredible!

Upstairs we have 2 one bedroom apartments for Rest Home level residents or couples. These are accessed by stairs and a lift. On our main level we have standard and superior rooms available and welcome couples. Whatever your need, myself and my team will do our very best to meet it.

Regards, Nicci Ahrer
