Mission Statement
At Voguehaven Rest Home, we are dedicated to caring for each of our 24 residents as cherished members of our extended family. Together with their whānau, we honour each individual’s unique identity, cultural heritage, and personal needs. We foster a nurturing environment where staff are empowered to grow and are treasured for their contributions. Guided by the principles of the Treaty of Waitangi, we celebrate New Zealand’s rich history and embrace the wisdom and traditions of Māori culture in all aspects of our care.
