Ultimate Care Madison is a quiet, friendly and well-established retirement village and has been part of the Levin community for over 20 years. Situated in a picturesque setting, we have well maintained landscaped grounds with a spacious private courtyard housing our bird aviary and vegetable gardens.

Our dedicated team of nurses and caregivers provide support for those needing medical care. All our residents receive a personalised care plan delivered in our homely, secure and friendly environment.

Residents enjoy open-ended visiting hours with family and friends, as well as services such as hairdressing, physiotherapy and podiatry.

We also have spacious communal lounges and a dedicated dining area where we offer nutritious home cooked meals.

You may wish to join in our busy activities schedule which would see you socialising in a friendly community of likeminded people.

Hairdresser Yes Our salon is situated in Brooklyn wing. Our hairdresser is available Tuesday afternoons - bookings made with receptionist.
Podiatrist Yes Our mobile podiatrist visits approximately every 6 weeks.
Dietitian Yes We have a dietitian who oversees our 4-week cycle menu. She is also available for consultation over specific diets if required.
Accredited Visitors Yes The facility is visited by a number of allied services.
Kaumatua Negotiable A Kaumatua is available on request.
